The first step is speaking with a Coverage real estate agent and getting pre-approved with a lender so you know your budget.

Once an offer has been accepted it takes about 30-45 days as a general rule of thumb if there is a mortgage involved. Cash sales typically close within 7-10 days.

Yes, we will need to send a pre-approval letter along with the offer. If it is a cash offer we would need proof of funds to accompany the offer.

Offers typically include the purchase agreement, disclosures, and any contingencies.

 

Yes, we have developed relationships with quality lenders and can recommend a lender. You are free to use whomever you would like though.

Absolutely, most folks need to sell their home prior to purchasing their next home. A Coverage Realty Agent will guide you through this process

A Coverage Realty agent will run a comparative market analysis (CMA) on that home. This will give us the market value of the home. We will then formulate an offer that is advantageous to you.

That is a question that the loan officer will answer for you.

We will run a CMA to find value. Then put an offer together to submit to the listing agent and negotiate on your behalf.

Yes it is. We have a saying, date the rate and marry the home. If rates come down, refinance is an option.

The short answer is when you are ready. At Coverage Realty we are not a big believer in waiting for many reasons (we will discuss at the buyer consultation) and the main reason is we don’t feel homes will be cheaper in the future.
