Really had an enjoyable experience with Coverage Realty. They were quick and efficient. They sold my home within six weeks of listing it….and I saved about $ 3,000 because they charged only 3% commission plus a flat rate which was to my benefit. I was originally with a larger firm who continually had me lower my price but wouldn’t cut their commission to make the sale. I’m glad I switched. Chris was a go getter from the beginning. Chris did a fabulous job selling our rental house. Every time we had a question or needed to communicate with him, he responded immediately and spent a lot of time going over strategy for selling. Made recommendations on improvements, etc. We didn’t have it listed long enough to do an open house, which I’m sure they would have done superbly, but he did problem solve several issues.
